Bike Garage, a specialty bicycle shop in Pacific Beach, opened their brick-and-mortar shop early 2017. As creatives, our goal for Bike Garage was to innovate their brand to become a resource for the cycling community in San Diego, providing a unique online experience for their audience. During the brand positioning process with the client, we determined that Bike Garage needed a complete brand refresh.
With little to no brand recognition prior to working with Brandesso, a new brand strategy had to be established. We launched our efforts focusing on the rebrand and design of the website, branded photography to utilize for all digital needs, content development and alignment, and a strategic content calendar for social media, the Bike Garage website/blog, promotions, targeted posts, media outreach, etc.
Bike Garage is now on-brand across all digital platforms – starting from the website to all social media outlets. The brand is eye-catching, vibrant, but most importantly, memorable. The website is fully responsive & functional, with integration of social media outlets, e-newsletter opt-in, and placement for online storefront coming soon.

We consulted with the client to construct a brand strategy to enhance their status as a leading brand in the cycling community.
This included constructing a “Frequently Asked Questions” section to attract their ideal customer. This assists the client to build an honest, promising relationship with their current and future clientele, highlighting their knowledge and expertise on the product and service they are offering.
In conjunction with the “FAQ” section, we consulted with the client on strategizing the “Bike Garage” process for performing tune-ups and bike repairs to showcase how they differentiate from their competition.
We then wanted to put a bold emphasis on the positive feedback the client receives from their customers. This transitioned into our brand strategy efforts by not only creating a successful story for the client, but for the customer.
Instagram: With our tender-loving care, we increased Bike Garage’s following and engagement on Instagram organically by 480.9% thanks to our authentic, filtered strategy.
